- For successful orders, a UTR / payment reference is stored against your order for reconciliation.
6. Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on orders over ₹1,999 within India.
- Standard dispatch within 1–3 business days from Deoria, Uttar Pradesh.
- Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days depending on your PIN code.
- You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
- Delays due to weather, courier disruptions, festivals or force majeure are beyond our control.
7. Refund & Return Policy
Because fragrance products are personal-use consumables, we accept returns/refunds only in the following cases:
- Damaged in transit — packaging visibly broken, product leaking or unusable.
- Wrong item shipped — you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Missing item — an item from your order did not arrive.
How to raise a request
- Email us at info@kuberastores.com or WhatsApp +91 94157 98618 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, a short description and clear photos/video of the issue and outer packaging.
- Do not discard the original packaging until the request is resolved.
Refund timeline
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Depending on your bank, credit to your account may take an additional 3–5 business days.
- Where applicable, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a monetary refund.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used agarbatti, dhoop, bambooless sticks, ittra, hima oil or any consumable product.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling or storage in unsuitable conditions.
- Items returned without prior authorisation from our support team.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of cost before dispatch. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
- To cancel, email or WhatsApp us with your Order ID as soon as possible.
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are initiated within 3–5 business days.
9. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted partners strictly to run our business:
- Payment gateway (Razorpay) — to process transactions securely.
- Shipping partners — courier companies need your address and phone number to deliver your order.
- Cloud & hosting providers (e.g., Firebase, Netlify) — to store data and serve the website.
